Boxing

Buzz Martial Arts teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect boxing class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work (150lb. bag) and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.

Give your kids the skills they need for self confidence and self defense. Learning the basic skills and techniques of boxing, kids, teens and even adults can have fun while increasing their strength and endurance. Everyone will learn the core movements of boxing starting with their stance and guard, to learning jabs, cross, and hooks. We will also work on shadow boxing, core strengthening exercises, bag and pad work. Buzz Martial Arts also offers private kids boxing lessons with our top-tier coaches or they can bring a friend!
